About Me

Hello, I’m Sonia.
 

I’m really glad you’re here. Trybe Flow is something I hold close because it’s shaped by my own lived experience.
 

For many years, I worked in a demanding corporate environment while raising two children and navigating the realities of everyday life. Like many people, I lived in a constant state of stress and knew that something needed to change. Yoga became a steady place to return to – a way to slow down, reconnect, and create space to breathe again.
 

Over time, my practice expanded into breathwork and sound healing, supporting not just my physical health, but my nervous system, energy, and overall wellbeing. These practices didn’t change my life overnight, but they helped me build resilience, clarity and a stronger relationship with myself.


That journey led me to train as a qualified yoga, breathwork and sound healing facilitator, with a desire to share what I’ve learned in a way that feels accessible and sustainable. As I transition away from the corporate world, Trybe Flow is an extension of that intention – a space to move, breathe, and come back to yourself.

If you choose to practice here, you’re not expected to be anything other than who you are. Together, we take small, meaningful steps towards feeling calmer, stronger, and more supported.
