At Trybe Flow, we believe in the power of shared experience. Our Workshops and Events are designed to bring people together through intentional movement, breath, sound and stillness – creating space for learning, connection and meaningful pause.
Whether you're part of our local Darwin community or joining us from further abroad, these offerings invite you to step beyond your regular practice and explore something deeper. From focused workshops and special events to retreats, each session is thoughtfully created to support growth, reflection and renewal.
These experiences complement our regular classes, offering opportunity to slow down, learn, and reconnect – with yourself and with others.

As the practice unfolds, sound is woven throughout the session to support relaxation and nervous system calming. Gentle guidance, mindful breathing, and extended rest invite you to soften both physically and mentally, allowing space to let go of tension and quiet the mind.
Ground and Surrender is suitable for all levels and requires no prior experience. This is an opportunity to slow right down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling settled, supported and deeply rested.
Transformational Breathwork

This session is held in a safe, supportive environment, with clear guidance throughout. Periods of active breathing are balanced with rest and integration, allowing time to notice sensations, emotions, and shifts as they arise. Each
experience is unique, and students are encouraged to move at their own pace, listening closely to their body.
Transformational Breathwork offers an opportunity to reconnect with your breath, gain insight, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
