Classic Flow
Classic Flow is a steady, breath-led practice that balances strength, flexibility, and fluid movement. This class moves through a thoughtfully paced sequence, allowing
time to explore each pose with clarity and control while maintaining a gentle sense of flow.

Foundation Flow

Restorative is a deeply calming practice designed to support rest, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Using fully supported poses held for long periods, this
class invites the body to soften while the mind slows down.
With minimal movement, gentle breathing, and extended stillness, restorative offers space to release tension, restore energy, and reconnect with a sense of ease. This class is ideal for times of stress, fatigue, or when your body is asking for rest.

Sunrise Vinyasa
Sunrise Vinyasa is a morning flow designed to gently awaken the body and mind. Breath-led sequences move steadily between poses, building warmth, mobility and circulation while maintaining a calm, grounded pace.
This 45-minute practice supports focus, balance, and intention, to help you ease into the day feeling refreshed, centred, and energised – without rushing.
The Block
The Block is a community-based yoga practice offered at a special $15 rate, separate from regular pricing to keep it accessible and welcoming. Held monthly, it blends elements of foundation, classic and balance flows into a supportive, well-rounded practice.
With a steady pace and clear guidance, The Block offers a relaxed, inclusive space to explore movement, build confidence, and connect with the Trybe Flow Community.

Yin

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic, strength-focused class that blends yoga-inspired movement with functional strength training. Using body weight and light weights, this
practice builds muscle, boosts endurance, and improves mobility – all while staying connected to breath.
Set to uplifting music, Yoga Sculpt offers an energising pace that challenges the body and sharpens focus, creating a full-body workout that feels empowering and
balanced. The class is thoughtfully closed with savasana, allowing time to reset and restore before stepping back in to your day.
