How are people feeling or what are they experiencing after class?
Mixed Flow
Mixed Flow blends the calm, spacious qualities of Slow Flow with the energising rhythm of breath-led movement. We begin slowly, grounding the body and settling the mind through mindful transitions and gentle strength.
As the practice unfolds, the pace gradually builds, guiding you into a warm, fluid flow where breath and movement move as one.
Offering the perfect balance of grounding and heat, mixed flow helps you build strength, mobility, and body awareness without feeling rushed. The gradual progression creates space to explore movement with ease and intention, leaving you feeling centred, open, and comfortably energised.

Slow Flow
Slow Flow is where movement meets stillness. This practice guides you through unhurried transitions, spacious breaths, and mindful movement, creating time to settle into each posture and reconnect with your body.
Expect gentle strength, steady pacing, and a rhythm that soothes rather than pushes. With a focus on awareness, mobility, and ease, Slow Flow encourages you to move with intention, soften tension, and create space both physically and mentally.
An invitation to pause, recalibrate, and return to yourself with greater clarity, calm, and balance.
Restorative
Restorative is a deeply calming practice designed to support rest, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Using fully supported poses held for long periods, this
class invites the body to soften while the mind slows down.
With minimal movement, gentle breathing, and extended stillness, restorative offers space to release tension, restore energy, and reconnect with a sense of ease. This class is ideal for times of stress, fatigue, or when your body is asking for rest.

Yin
Yin is a slow, grounding practice that invites stillness and longer-held poses to support deep release and mobility. Poses are held passively and supported by mindful breathing, allowing time to gently work into connective tissues and joints.
This class encourages relaxation, introspection, and nervous system settling, creating space to unwind tension and restore balance in both body and mind. Yin is ideal for those seeking a slower-paced practice that complement more active movement.
Functional Strength
Functional Strength (Sculpt) is a balanced, full-body workout that combines yoga-inspired movement with functional strength training. Using body weight and light weights, this class builds strength, stability, mobility, and endurance while staying connected to breath.
Set to uplifting music, the class begins with a flowing yoga-based warm-up before transitioning into targeted strength and mobility work. Expect controlled, intentional movement that challenges the body, improves functional fitness, and supports everyday movement.
Designed to feel strong, empowering, and accessible, Functional Strength (Sculpt) is thoughtfully closed with savasana, allowing time to reset and restore before stepping back into your day.

Mums & Bubs
Mums & Bubs Yoga is a gentle, supportive space to return to movement after birth.
There is no expectation that you'll get through every pose, every sequence, or even the whole class. You can pause, feed, cuddle, change, settle, and rejoin whenever you need to.
This is yoga for mums, with babies alongside you and all the beautiful unpredictability that comes with them. Classes focus on rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and creating space to reconnect with your body while sharing time with your bub and other mums.
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (or once you have been cleared for exercise by your healthcare provider) and until your bub becomes too active for you to comfortably participate together.
Come as you are. Feeding, crying, nappy changes, and baby cuddles are all part of the class.
