Booking & Cancellation Policy

This Booking & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and participation in our wellness services, including yoga, sound healing, and breath healing, offered by Trybe Flow in Darwin, NT. By booking any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Procedures
​
  • All bookings can be made online via our website, through our customer support line, or in person at our studio.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or SMS.
     

​​2. Services Covered Under This Policy
 

This policy applies to the following services:

  • Yoga classes (group or private)

  • Sound healing sessions (group workshops or one-on-one)

  • Breath healing sessions (group or individual therapeutic practices)

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
 

General Services (Yoga & Sound Healing)

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

  • For multi-session bookings or packages, missed sessions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled if 24 hours’ notice is provided.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost if requested more than 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a rebooking fee of $10, subject to availability

Breathwork Sessions (Workshops or Individual)

  • All breathwork session fees are non-refundable.


More than 48 hours’ notice:

  • No cancellation fee applies.

  • You will receive a credit up to the full value of the session to reschedule or attend a future workshop.

  • A maximum of two reschedules is allowed.


24 to 48 hours’ notice:

  • A 50% cancellation fee applies.

  • The remaining 50% will be issued as a credit for a future workshop.

  • A maximum of two reschedules is allowed.


Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows:

  • The full fee will be charged, and no credit will be issued.

  • All cancellations must be communicated via email or phone, and confirmation from us is required to avoid misunderstandings.

4. Late Arrivals

​

  • All bookings can be made online via our website, through our customer support line, or in person at our studio.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or SMS.

5. Class and Session Minimums

​​

  • Group sessions require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.

  • In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to move their booking to a later date.

6. ​​​​​Release and Waiver of Liability
 

By booking or attending any session, workshop, or consultation offered by Trybe Flow, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms under this Release and Waiver of Liability:

  • For the purposes of this Release and Waiver, the term “Releasees” refers to Sonia Lorenz, trading as Trybe Yoga and/or Trybe Flow, and includes its employees, facilitators, contractors, agents, and any other associated personnel.

  • The attendee (the “Releasor”) understands and acknowledges that the services provided by the Releasees—including but not limited to breathwork, sound healing, yoga, and related wellness practices—are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The customer is responsible for consulting their primary healthcare provider regarding any physical, emotional, or mental health concerns.
     

Specifically, it is acknowledged that breathwork sessions are not intended to:

  1. Replace any relationship with medical or primary healthcare providers;

  2. Constitute medical advice or serve as a substitute for medical care;

  3. Be relied upon for prescriptions, recommendations, diagnoses, or treatment of any health condition.
     

If the customer is taking any medications or has a current or past medical condition, they must inform the practitioner prior to participating in a session. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Schizophrenia, bipolar or manic disorders

  • Epilepsy or hearing conditions

  • Pregnancy

  • Cardiovascular conditions (e.g. high or low blood pressure, heart conditions)

  • Asthma or chronic respiratory issues (e.g. COPD)

  • Serious eye conditions (e.g. detached retina)

  • Psychiatric conditions or prior mental health hospitalisation

  • History of stroke, seizures, or aneurysms (personal or family)
     

7. Waiver of Liability
 

The customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in any sessions provided by the Releasees. The customer hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Releasees from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities of any kind that may arise from or relate to their participation, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated.
 

By continuing with a booking or attending any session, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the above terms of the Release and Waiver of Liability in full.

8. Voluntary Participation
 

Participation in breathwork sessions and other wellness services offered by Trybe Flow is entirely voluntary. The customer understands that they may choose to withdraw from any session at any time. However, any cancellation or withdrawal may be subject to the terms outlined in the business’s cancellation policy, including applicable fees or loss of credit eligibility.

9. Personal Responsibility
 

The customer acknowledges that participation in any session does not remove their personal responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Regardless of acceptance into a session, the customer remains solely responsible for monitoring their own health and for consulting a qualified healthcare provider regarding any concerns that may arise during or after participation.

10. Media Consent
 

The customer acknowledges that audio recordings, video footage, or photographs may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes by Sonia Lorenz, trading as Trybe Flow. If the customer does not wish to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, they must notify the facilitator at the beginning of the session. These preferences will be fully respected and upheld by Trybe Flow.
 

11. Governing Law
 

This Release and Waiver of Liability is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.
 

12. Severability
 

If any provision of this Release and Waiver is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid portion shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

13. Studio Etiquette (once we have secured a venue)

​​​

  • Please silence mobile phones before entering the studio.

  • Respect others' space and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

  • Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for movement or relaxation.

​

14. Changes to Services or Policy

​

  • We reserve the right to change instructors, session content, or venue location with notice.

  • This policy may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be available on our website
